No.1 William St is a delightful random stone cottage, built in the early 1850's by Benjamin Bowyer from stone carried from the common in a crude wheelbarrow by his wife Mary Anne.
This cottage has been restored with care to retain its historical atmosphere and character while offering modern comforts.
